What type of Corn do you use in your products?

We use whole-kernel corn to make our Corn Tortillas and Totopos. Because we believe that freshly nixtamalized corn makes the best tortillas, we never use cornmeal or corn flour to make our products.

Are your products Organic?

Our Corn Tortillas are USDA Certified Organic.

Are your products Gluten Free?

Our Corn Tortillas and Totopos are Gluten Free. Our Flour Tortillas are made with Organic Wheat Flour and so they are not free gluten.

Are your products certified Kosher?

Yes.

What type of oils do you use?

We use Non-GMO expeller pressed sunflower oil to fry our Totopos and Non-GMO avocado oil when baking our Flour Tortillas.

Do you use any artificial ingredients?

No, we do not use any artificial preservatives, additives, colors or flavors in our products.

Where are your products produced?

We make all of our products in the United States.

Vista Hermosa was founded within Tacombi, a neighborhood taqueria committed to sharing authentic taco culture, with 13 locations across New York City, Miami, and Washington, D.C. The tortilla is the golden foundation of a quality taco and without local sources who met our quality standards for freshness and flavor, we decided to make our own, the traditional Mexican way. From scratch. Every day. Today all of our Tacombi tacos and burritos are made using fresh Vista Hermosa tacos and our guacamole and salsa are served with Vista Hermosa Totopos.
